terrible real estate, its been 2 months since I have moved in and there are still current damages to the property and I was also promised my lawns were to be done by the time I moved in.. Everytime I get in contact I would be told it is being taken of. Its been 2 months!! Unbelievable.

The rental we secured with Alan Cornick was handed over in a disgusting state and no effort was made to rectify the situation. Since we immediately broke the lease, communication has been VERY unsatisfactory to say the least. I would recommend to ANYONE if you have a choice, do not choose Alan Cornick Real Estate.
