Haven't been for a while and it was very nice. Friendly service. Well priced menu with plenty of choice. And we all enjoyed our meals. It wasn't too busy therefore not noisy which is always a plus.
Absolutely terrible experience and do not recommend this facility to anybody. The only saving grace was we received a full refund for our inconvenience. The property is old and in much need of a full update/upgrade. Lacks parking as shared with bottleshop next door. Some staff are in the wrong job and have zero customer service skills whilst others are spot on.
Attended Christmas luncheon. The food was plentiful and good variety. Staff lovely.
Had a great stay at the Leichhardt Hotel! The staff were all lovely and very helpful and the room ticked all the boxes. Great value for the price and we were even able to get a free dinner and bottle of wine with some promotions.
My wife and I arrived after a long drive and whilst the rooms might not be 5 star they are comfortable enough. We were though impressed with the great service we received from Leighton (I hope thats right!) who helped us with information for our drive to Airlie Beach the next day. Its the above and beyond stuff that makes up a good experience. Thanks Leighton
