Absolutely loved staying here. Been travelling to Rocky for over 20 yrs & wish I had found this place earlier. Rooms have that old fashioned style to them but felt like I was royalty, bed so comfortable. Can't wait to return.

Great Hotel for couple of Nights stay for me while going to Cairns.Clean room, big enough for family of 3. Right in the centre of Rocky and also very friendly staff. Apparently, the building was previously owned by Queensland railways and now it's been converted into a hotel.They have some historical stuff inside the rooms which walk you through the history. 125 dollars per night which is very affordable considering the room quality.(Please click Like under my review if it was helpful Or suggest Edit if it needs to be updated) - Thanks.
Wow,not what I expected at all, this is turn of the century luxury. It's about a 20 minute walk to the restaurant strip but on a nice spring evening that's nothing. Comes with an in house breakfast and a spa bath. The wife adored it, she couldn't get over the period fixtures. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rockhampton.This is definitely a 5 star rating.
Great renovated old building in a traditional style. Good location very friendly staff, great breakfast. What more could you want. We shall be back.
