Receptionist was personable And went out of her way to understand my requirements. Afraid didn't her name other than she was short with light hair. Eric in repairs knows his stuff. Offered alternatives And pros And cons to solution. I think the words I'm looking for with my experience was "Honest, Friendly, knowledgable".
I had my MacBook Pro late 2011 repaired , logic board replaced/recalled.. but when it came back I noticed it was not the same body, trackpad etc. It had a smooth trackpad before and very nice backlit keyboard but it came back with a worn out, poorly lit keyboard and the trackpad was not as smooth as before and worst was the panel underneath does not fit!!! Now the webcam is not working. Because of my busy schedule I did notice this like a whole month after the repair, first was the trackpad then the keyboard then finally after 3 months the bottom plate so i did not even bother arguing with them. Im sorry to report this you guys and this is the only authorized apple repair center in Rockhampton so I guess we have to deal it. But if you can find another repair center or a technician then steer clear from this one. Repair is not a pleasant experience. The one star is for the receptionist and another star for the store itself.P.s. I have to wait for almost a month to get it fixed. Its been almost a year since the repair.
