If I could give a negative star I would, call at 4pm today as my details were not correct in the house cal doctor app and would not let me change it, so a gentleman had me on the phone going through all my details and book an appointment for me, told me someone would call me when they were on their way, no call no doctor by 11pm so called and was told I had no booking sorry for the inconvenience they said not in a nice manner, the reason I called was I could hardly move as was in pain from the top.of my head to the tip of my toes ... never again what a useless service.
Called at 830am Sunday morning. Didnt want to waste the hospitals time for temps. Waited 6 hrs then called again to check my details were logged. Confirmed they were to them have them phone back 15 mins later and cancel the appointment because the dr has come down ill and sorry we didnt get to you. Poor service and would never use again.
Have used this service since it started operating in rockhampton and have always been treated kindly and had lovely drs come to check us. Couldn't fault them at all right up until the last 3 times I've used them. The dr was super rude and told me that I cant use the service if it's for non emergencies. We have 5 kids and 1 car with 5 seats also hubby works so its hard to get to my GP, I have sore sinus and ears and was getting my 2yo sons ears checked while I had them out for myself as he has had a severe ear infection for 2 weeks ( that this particular dr diagnosed) and her words were, and I quote " I'm just going to refuse you next time you book if it's just for something like this!" And then when it come to checking our son she said " I shouldn't even be seeing this kid because its not an emergency " not to mention he has needed 2 different antibiotics over the last 2 weeks! absolutely disgusting attitude and just down right rude! I will not be using this service again!!
Ombudsman is being informed about your shady dealings ask for personal info over phone which u gotta do again anyways when they rock up so please answer why? Ive called youse a bunch of times and youse are never free and (nita noy) they do service Elphinstone st because my friend needed them and they showed up for once but literally 1 time every other time useless useless 0 stars not 1
I required the services of House Call Doctor 2 nights ago. Not only did I not have to wait very long but I received very competent, professional and appropriate treatment. Thank you House Call doctor, if I need you again I will certainly call on you.
