Starting with the young woman who led me to the examination room, then stood silently staring at me completely creeping me out, it was an unpleasant experience from beginning to end . Dr Kitchen is an arrogant man with delusions of godhood! He says other doctors wouldnt treat this but I will. At that point I should have run out screaming but I stupidly allowed myself to be railroaded into unnecessary treatment. The only chance I had for a second opinion was a 2 minute consultation with Dr Google! I had needles put in my eye - possibly not needed and part of my retina burned with a laser. Now I am struggling to do the reading I need to prepare for work. I wish I had never gone anywhere near that place.
Would avoid & seek advice elsewhere. If unsure go to Brisbane & get any procedures required. This guy only worried about lining his pockets. Take my advice & seek advice Elsewhere! Just to give you an idea an Chalazion removal here cost me over $1800 & i had to redo as it came back. Had it done at Brisbane the cost was $300. This guy is the ultimate rippoff
