My partner and I went in to purchase a fridge today, advertised on the website for $699. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting to be acknowledged and given a hand, we ended up calling Betta Electrical while in Harvey Norman who not only price matched but offered nothing but outstanding service on the phone and instore. Finally after 15 minutes or so we were finally approached and we asked about the fridge and were pointed in a completely different direction for a fridge that had a better profit margin for the store....clearly. Not acknowledging what the customer wanted at all. I work in retail, I understand up-selling. But to up sell properly you need to acknowledge your customers, and listen to their needs first. Never intend to step foot in store again. Better service elsewhere without a doubt.

This is one of the best place to buy home appliance and tech stuff in Rockhampton. Recently I had to return the Chromecast due to having no use for it. Story short, they were very friendly and professional about my circumstance. The staff members are always easy to talk with and they'll let you browse the place in peace, greeting you from time to time and not treating you like some kind of thief. We bought our washing machine here as well. All in all, excellent and i hope they keep up their good work!
