Prices could be ok, but they do not work om weekends
I have no doubt this company offers great service but my own experience was not so.I had received a quote for a small car rental which I called the company and accepted same.I was told a time for collection which I adhered to - unfortunately there was no staff in attendance to hand over the vehicle.I contacted the advertised number and was told they knew nothing about the pickup.After 45 minutes of waiting in light rain, it was told to me no one would be able to attend to me request for approx 90 minutes.This caused inconvenience not only to myself but my travelling companions.I most certainly understand that mistakes can be made, however even though I did email the office with my concerns re the issues, no apology has been made which I find unacceptable.

My work van broke down a while back, needed some major repairs. I phoned Network on a Sunday afternoon, checked on availability of a similar replacement van so I could continue. All good, very easy to get on with, very helpful when I picked up their vehicle the next morning.Great to do business with.
