Lauren was amazing! Sat in the back seat for the test drive so my wife and I could chat without the usual 'read out the brochure' sales pitch every 5 minutes. They made sure we knew we couldn't get a fleet quote today and said they would email us on Monday when they have the price (with all my specific requests) and availability.
