Great service and friendly staff
After filling, accidently, in my error, the fuel tank with unleaded petrol instead of diesel, I initially thought what great service as after having my vehicle and caravan towed to them they promptly did the necessay work and I thought fixed the problem for me.A happy chappy I was, until a few days later after trying to fill the tank to the brim for the final leg home, noticed diesel fuel leaking out from underneath the car.On telling them this, and as It was diesel not petrol, further that the vehicle was running ok and that I had already passed through Rockhampton heading south to the Gold Coast, I was told that I should take it to the nearest Mazda dealer when I got home and for them to backcharge B&J Car Sales under a service warranty repair basis.All sounds good eh!!!!Well, when we found the problem was that the fuel pump had been cross-threaded upon refitting, hense the fuel leaking out from it, the owner (I believe, a Mr. Brendan Doyle) got involved and will only allow to supply a tank taken out from another Bt50 with NO Labour Payment for doing so to be allowed. Alternatively, for me to take it back to them at my expence for them to fix at their expence, just some 680 odd kilometers away.So much for so called Service, well lets just see what happens when Consumer affairs get involved.Incidentally under Australian Consumer Law They are obliged to, AT THEIR EXPENCE, if over 200 klms, get the vehicle either back to them, repair and retutrn, or have it repaired by a nominated Dealer again AT THEIR EXPENCE!!Would you trust a dealership with these business ethics?Finally after having to contact ACA, Consumer Affairs and having to issue a letter of demand, approx two weeks later, commonsence was finally recognised and ALL rectifications were completed and paid for including Labour, by B & J Car Sales!!!

Excellent service! I was able to leave my car there for the week-end while I flew to Brisbane for business. They drove me to the airport on Thursday and then picked me up from the Rockhampton hotel this morning to collect my car. Car was washed, vacuumed and even the tires were polished!
