Good prices and lovely staff, however I ended up with a lot of wax burns on my legs and more sensitive areas, and have a lot of patches of hair that were missed, which certainly isn't something you want when paying a lot for a delicate service such as body waxing.
Last weekend me and my girlfriends booked a mini facial and a manicure each and was appalled by the professionalism of this place. Not only did our appointment take almost 3 hours but the quality of our nails were horrific. What was worse was Liz's attitude and manner. She talked over us the whole time and stopped her work in the process making our appointment go for ages. The amount of gossiping was ridiculous. My pregnant sister in law couldn't even speak for 2 minutes without Liz talking over and giving her opinion on how to raise her children. Such a bizarre place. Do not recommend Liz at all. There was a lovely girl named Jordan that gave me a great facial though, maybe ask for her specifically!
Liz, was amazing. We are a boxing club from Cairns was at Lizs Sauna tonight. Couldnt of been more welcoming. We Ran 5ks to get there as had no transport, generously Liz gave us all back to our accommodation. Couldnt recommend her services.Kind Regards again,Patrick

The store is beautiful, and the people are very welcoming and unlimited kindness. The treatments are truly perfect and the facilities are very recent.
