People who whinge about police have either done something wrong or didn't get the answer they wanted to hear but instead got the truth.

Terrible service. They are untruthful in their dealings with the public and are not there to help you but to abuse the powers given to them. In my opinion they bring shame to the service. Because of this I will personally be avoiding Rockhampton in the future.
