The customer service i got today was terrible. I picked up a box that was marked $14.99 on the hook it was hanging on i got charged $25.99. There was a gap perfect for that box not the smaller box that was apparently ment to be there i did read the discretion but could only see the start due there been another clip over the end of the discretion and there was the exactly the same stock behind the box i purchased on the hook.The staff member that was working next to the boxes moved them around before the manager got to see how it was hanging up with all the same stock behind it and the right space for that box not the smaller box. The young girl that i sopke to, to see about this was lovely she even read the same thing i did and seemed confused why i had been charged a different price. When approached bi management the lady said what seems to be the problem no smile no hello no sorry or how can i help you today. I told her that i have been charged the worng price and she told me repeatedly that ppl move stock around all the time and it was the single one that was $14.99 but the single was next to it with a full row and it's own tag. She definitely made me feel like she was accusing me of moving the stock around as she repeatedly told me that ppl move stock around all the time.I was a bit rude after i asked for a refund and i am sorry for that but i just couldn't believe how incredibly rude this woman was. I definitely will not be going back unless i really really have to i don't like to be made to feel like deadshit or a thief.
