Friendly people. However; they had to order in my key and when arriving to collect my order, they were unable to complete it as they had nobody there to cut my key. When they called me to tell me the key had arrived, i was not told it would need top be in the presence of a particular team member. I was unable to collect my key at that time. When placing an order with Keycut Services, i would recommend asking them what time you can collect.
