Friendly staff at the service/spares department. Accurate & swift service got my be crafter Motorhome back on the road in no time!! I have owned many european vehicles like Mercedes sprinters, Volvo, BMW, vw and have never been able to find a trusted mechanic. Now there is! Prompt, professional and courteous. Last minute decision to buy a Golf R Demonstrator at EOFY Sale. Completed the deal within hours sight unseen. A great buy. Minor dent which was unexpected but got fixed on the spot by their specialist. Service and offer worth flying up and driving back from Brisbane for. Friendly team. Definitely recommend them.
Excellent service from the spare parts division, both the very friendly and helpful front desk to the service crew, were wonderful. I was hesitant to get my car serviced there because of a bad experience from a unrelated dealer in Brisbane, but I eventually did, and they were amazing. No dearer then a regular mechanic. They picked up on everything that I knew about (rat chewed light wire etc) while several other mechanics in Rockhampton had not found any of the minor flaws, just did a basic service and sent me on my way. Rockhampton Prestige is the only place I will be bringing my car from now on, love them!
