Coercion to attend PT session at time suitable for instructor but not suitable for client. Do not expect staff to be understanding or helpful. Staff asking if I am a member when I asked for help. It will cost you to break your contract.
Have been trying to cancel my membership because of work commitments. Emailed the form to the manager@ email and have had zero response and they're still charging me. Very unprofessional.
My experience in dealing with World Gym has over all been a positive one. Issues with my granddaughter's membership was dealt with swiftly by the manager, Nick Kimmins. Very happy with the way it all worked out.
I signed up to World Gym not long ago and there were some complications, however, the new manager has taken the time to personally talk with myself and my grandmother to sort thing out. We are very happy with where the gym is heading. I would recommend this gym as the new manager, Nick, is trying his best to do what is right for everyone involved. Please dismiss my old review about this place because it is now under newer and better management.Sadly I could not remove my old review that was made while I was upset about the complications.
Came to World Gym while visiting Rockhampton. Huge variety of equipment. Great facilities, although the ladies locker room/bathroom could use some TLC. The staff member at the front desk was helpful and welcoming. They also have really good protein smoothies for just $6.
