Every time I've had great service and good prices
Poor customer service in the Rockhampton store. Sales staff were sitting on couches talking amongst each other,including the manager.not work related! Not impressed!! Least Harvey Norman you will get served with a welcoming smile (not a quick eye roll). Don't waste your time or money in this store.half their stock you want to buy they gotta order in so a good 5week wait anyway.
