After a radiator change,we noticed that the cooling fan shroud had been broken (attached picture) and then fixed with ties. We have never been offered any compensation for that issue or even be informed at all. We contacted them by email/Facebook and never received any answers. ( My message was seen on Facebook but avoided I guess)This situation is despicable and unacceptable. Even more considering you make a publicity of your "outstanding customer service", "highest standard of workmanship" and "honesty".
