I believe it has paid parking now, I went up on holiday and I feel the exhibit was overpriced for what it was, given the area that definitely needs to be thought about for future exhibits. However I was quiet pleased that they had upstairs open and ran like a free exhibit where local artists made things in jars that you could actually purchase and they had some pottery other than that it is pretty dismal if you dont pay, which is disappointing as they have a huge indigenous population so I assumed they would make room to have a permanent exhibit to showcase that rich culture.
Fabulous contemporary art on exhibition. The presentation was very dark, which has not helped the viewing. Spot lights tend to create a sheen on the paintings, further hindering the viewing. A great space and very helpful staff. Re-think the lighting, guys.
